Our products are shipped within 3-5 Business Days. If lease allow an addition 3 days for custom orders. We use the following carriers: USPS & UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 43, Coaldale, Colorado 81222. Please note that if returning a package, FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box, so we will not receive your return, lease use USPS or UPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
